Roland E. Laplante

Roland E. LaPlante, 59, resident of Milford, NH died June 5, 2020 in Nashua, NH. He was born on November 27, 1960 a son of the late Arthur A. & Cynthia L. (Seale) LaPlante. Roland spent his life in Milford, Amherst and Mont Vernon and graduated from Milford High School, Class of 1978. He was the owner and operator of Mont Vernon Towing, Inc. for more than 30 years. An avid race car driver and owner, he spent much of his free time at the Hudson Speedway. He loved music and especially enjoyed listening to local bands. Family members include a daughter, Stephanie M. LaPlante of Marlborough, NH; a son, Seth LaPlante of Milford, NH; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Gary and Carmen LaPlante of Mont Vernon, NH, and Dana LaPlante of Lyndeborough, NH; a sister, Anne LaPlante also of Lyndeborough; and two nephews. There are no calling hours. A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Daland Memorial Library, 5 North Main Street, P.O. Box 335, Mont Vernon, NH 03057.
