Richard E. Grant

Richard E. Grant, 92, resident of Milford, NH, died on July 12, 2025, at his daughter’s home in Greenfield, NH, after a period of declining health.

He was born on July 25, 1932, in Quincy, MA, a son of the late Bernard and Mabel (Cook) Grant.

Richard was raised and educated in Milford, NH. He faithfully served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1953.

He worked for many years as an engineer at Sanders Associates.

In addition to his parents, Richard was predeceased by his daughter, Kathleen Moreau of Jaffrey, NH.

Survivors include his wife, Joan Grant of Milford, NH, his children, Richard Grant of Nashua, NH, Neal Grant of Mason, NH, Pamela Turner of Greenfield, NH, Susan Grant of Mont Vernon, NH and Karl Grant of Danbury, NH. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a sister, Judith Woods of FL and many friends.

SERVICES: A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM in the N.H. State Veterans Cemetery, 110 D.W. Highway, Boscawen, NH. Please arrive at the cemetery and follow instructions by the cemetery staff.
