Patricia Delores Sullivan (née Love) born on March 17, 1931, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and Grammie. Patricia was a devout member of her Catholic faith serving as a Eucharistic minister, president of the Women’s Guild, supporter of Project Rachael, and faithful Secular Franciscan (SFO). Patricia showed great devotion to Mary, prayed the rosary daily, and for many years was a daily communicant.
A lifelong learner, Patricia attended Girl’s Latin School in Boston and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Boston College and a Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Northeastern University. As a dedicated health professional of over 45 years, Patricia served as a nurse and later Family Nurse Practitioner at Boston Floating Hospital, Mass General, Norwood Hospital, Foxboro Health Center, Long Island Shelter, and Medical East Health Center. As an associate of the American Nursing Association, she showed a special interest in diabetes and hypertension.
Patricia leaves behind her husband of 63 years Raymond Joseph Sullivan (90), her family Julie Calix, Raymond Sullivan, Jr., Kristine Sullivan, Mary Kerutis, Michael Kerutis, Patrick Sullivan, Elizabeth Bonin, John Sullivan, and Rene Sullivan, her grandchildren Brendan Sullivan, Katie Sullivan, Daniel Sullivan, Elizabeth Shea, Joseph Bonin, Megan Young, Robby Young, Marie Bonin, Serena Calix, Michael Sullivan, Sarah Sullivan, Caroline Sullivan, Jack Sullivan, and Matthew Kerutis. Patricia was happiest celebrating life’s special moments with her children and grandchildren. Whether it be an athletic achievement, graduation ceremony, or creative endeavor, she was eager to acknowledge and honor every loved one.

A calling hour will be held on Friday, September 1st from 9:30-10:30am in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00am in St. Patrick’s Church, 34 Amherst Street, Milford, NH. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Amherst.
