Lorraine A. Strube

Lorraine A. (Fereshetian) Strube, 70, of Lyndeborough, New Hampshire, passed away unexpectedly on April 18, 2026, following a medical emergency.

Born on April 26, 1955, in Arlington, Massachusetts, Lorraine was the daughter of the late Geraldine and Albert Fereshetian. She was predeceased by her son, Roger A. Crosby, and her brother, Albert Fereshetian.

Lorraine was a proud, longtime resident of Lyndeborough, where she raised her family and loved watching her children and grandchildren grow up in the community. She dedicated 17 years of service as a legal secretary with the NH Public Defender’s Office. However, she took particular pride in serving the Town of Lyndeborough as a Selectwoman. She also served on various boards, was a longtime member of the Lafayette Artillery Company, and, for more than 20 years, faithfully led and organized Lyndeborough’s Memorial Day observances, which she considered a true honor.

Lorraine was strong, determined, hardworking, and selfless. Whatever life placed before her, she met it with courage and grit. Even in the face of devastating hardship, she never gave up on life or on the people she loved.

She found joy in her family, her dogs, gardening, being outdoors, and making people laugh. In recent years, she became especially fond of TikTok, bringing laughter to those lucky enough to receive her videos. She was talented in countless ways, from baking and She was gifted in countless ways, from baking and sewing to teaching piano lessons, and always embraced the chance to learn something new.

Above all else, Lorraine’s greatest love was her family. She is survived by her children, Sarah Crosby; Adam Crosby; Emily Crosby and her husband, Jason Hull; and Hannah Crosby and her partner, Jason Fitzgerald; her beloved grandchildren, Dylan and Kimber; the father of her children, Larry Crosby and his partner, Andrea Drew; her sister-in-law, Tammy Fereshetian; several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends, especially those from the Lafayette Artillery.

Lorraine was loved beyond words and will be missed more than she could ever have known. To her children and grandchildren, she was everything.
