Kenneth E. Taylor

Kenneth E. Taylor, 81, resident of Peterborough, NH, died October 3, 2008 at Harborside Healthcare Center-Pheasantwood, Peterborough, NH� He was born in Milford, NH on January 12, 1927, a son of the late C. Arthur & Mabel (Todd) Taylor.� Prior to moving to Peterborough several years ago, he was a lifelong resident of Milford.� Mr. Taylor had been employed by Abbott Machine Company, Wilton, NH, for more than 20 years.� He was a 50+year member of Custos Morum Lodge #42 I.O.O.F., Milford, and had served as Secretary and was Past Noble Grand.� In addition, he was past master of Granite Grange #7 and Hillsborough County Pomona Grange.� Mr. Taylor was an avid bowler. � He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Milford where he was an usher for more than 25 years and had also served as the financial secretary.� Mr. Taylor was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.� He was predeceased by his wife, Ramona (Bragg) Taylor who died in 1988 and a brother, Richard Taylor.� Family members include a brother, Ralph H. Taylor of Milford, NH; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.�There are no visiting hours.� A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th at 10:00 am in Riverside Cemetery, Nashua Street, Milford.� In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the First Baptist Church, 65 West Street, Milford, NH.�
