John W. Perry, 68, resident of Wilton, NH, died April 26, 2008 at his home.� He was born in Cambridge, MA on January 28, 1940, a son of the late Isaac J. & Prudence (White) Perry.� He was a graduate of Rindge Technical High School, Class of 1958, Cambridge, MA.� Mr. Perry resided in Wilton for the past 8 years and formerly lived in the Amherst and Milford area.� He was a self-employed truck driver.� Mr. Perry was an accomplished high school athlete and a lifelong sports fan of the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Celtics.�He enjoyed fishing, loved animals and at one time, owned several horses.� Mr. Perry was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Nickerson.� Family members include two sons and a daughter-in-law, John W. Perry II and Lori Perry of Litchfield, NH, Eric J. Perry of Nashua, NH; three grandchildren, Connor Perry, Madison Perry and Eric J. Perry, II; four sisters, Anne Thibodeau of Amherst, NH, Dorothy King of Milford, NH, Marion Mangold of Wareham, MA and Ruth Angelo of Massachusetts; many nieces and nephews.� A graveside service with military honors will be Friday, May 2nd at 2:00 pm in the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 D.W. Highway Route 3, Boscawen, NH.� A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd at 3:00 pm in the Household of Faith, 30 Merrimack Road, Amherst, NH.� Donations in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 249 Canal Street, Manchester, NH� 03101 or Disabled American Veterans, Gate City Chapter #7, 31 Cross Street, Nashua, NH� 03064.
