John R. Taylor

John R. Taylor, 85, longtime resident of Amherst, NH, died on May 31, 2025, at Hackett Hill Center, Manchester, NH.

He was born on June 12, 1939, in Montebello, CA, the son of Thaddeus Taylor and Bertha (Gordon) Taylor.

John was a US Air Force veteran, having served from 1956 to 1962. He had been employed by Wang Laboratories, Inc, for many years.

Family members include his loving wife, Rosemarie (Loeck) Taylor of Amherst, NH, brother, Gorden Taylor of OK. John was predeceased by his daughter, Nichola Taylor in 2011, his son Marc Taylor in 2022 and his brother Robert Taylor.

Internment will be at New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Air Force Aid Society, Inc. 1550 Crystal Drive, Suite 809 Arlington, VA 22202.
