James T. Williams, 90, resident of Tewksbury, MA and former longtime resident of Hudson, NH, died on August 2, 2025 at Lowell General Hospital, Lowell, MA.
He was born on October 30, 1934 in Nashua, NH, the son of Earle Williams and Dorothy (Rice) Williams. James was raised and educated in Nashua, having graduated from Nashua High School, Class of 1952.
Mr. Williams was a US Army veteran, having served from 1957 to 1959.
James had been previously employed as a comptroller for Seppala and Aho Construction, New Ipswich, NH for many years.
He was an active longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Hudson, NH, and the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship.
James had an innate artistic ability. He enjoyed singing, playing the trombone and cooking for his family.
He was predeceased by his wife, Lucille (Cormier) Williams, who died in 2008, and his brother, Earle Williams, who died in 2001.
Family members include his two loving children, Stacy Fisher of Litchfield, NH and Edward Williams of Nashua, NH; four grandchildren, Stephanie Warner, Shawn Warner, Dylan Fisher and Kayla Fisher; three great-grandchildren, Evan, Landyn and Luciana; many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of His Life will be held on Saturday, September 13th in the First Baptist Church of Hudson, 236 Central Street, Hudson, NH. The family will begin receiving guests at 10:00am, followed by the service at 11:00am. A luncheon will follow directly after the service. Burial will be private.
