Hazel V. Gibbons

Hazel V. Gibbons, 86, resident of Milford, NH, died August 30, 2010 at The Elms Care & Rehabilitation Center, Milford. She was born in New York, NY on March 24, 1924, a daughter of the late Edgar and Minnie Willoughby. Mrs. Gibbons resided in Milford for several years and formerly lived in Rocky Hill, CT, for more than 40 years. She loved baking, cooking and was an excellent seamstress. Mrs. Gibbons was a member of Rocky Hill Congregational Church, UCC, Rocky Hill, CT. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Gibbons. Family members include two daughters, Eileen A. Gagnon of Milford, NH and Joyce L. Mitchell of Garnet Valley, PA; four grandchildren, Robert Gagnon and Jeanne Bugler, both of Milford, NH, Richard Mitchell of West Chester, PA and Jennifer Riesenberger of Hopkinton, MA; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. There are no visiting hours. Funeral services are private.
