Hans P. Reed

Hans P. Reed, 44, resident of Milford, NH, died August 10, 2009 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Groton, MA on April 2, 1965, a son of Jon L. Reed of Litchfield, NH and the late Herta (Kilian) Reed. Hans resided in the Milford/Hollis area for most of his life and spent several years in Maine on Vinalhaven Island. He was self-employed as a master carpenter for many years. Hans enjoyed snowmobiling, fishing and tinkering. He loved animals, especially his dog, Joe-C, Harleys and hanging with the boys. The words �I can�t�, were not part of his vocabulary but rather, �How can I�. In addition to his father, family members include his loving and devoted wife, Jamie (Hughes) Reed of Milford, NH; a son, Daniel Reed of Nashua, NH; a granddaughter, Avery; a brother, Ronald Reed of Milford, NH; a goddaughter, Sheala Pendleton; several aunts, uncles and extended family including many close friends. There are no visiting hours. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 12th at 1:30 pm in East Cemetery, Wheeler Road, Hollis, NH.
