Hannah Grace Bazemore died on May 13, 2017 in Brookline, NH. She was born on March 1, 2001 in Lowell, MA. Hannah was a light that brightened the lives of her friends and family. Beloved daughter of Jason and Makaela Bazemore, loving big sister of Tyler and Lily. Hannah had a passion for science, nature, and making people laugh. Hannah touched the lives of so many in a short time and her presence will never be forgotten. Visiting hours are on Thursday, May 18th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Funeral services are private. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Brookline.
