Genevieve S. Beck

Genevieve S. Beck, 93, resident of Wilton, NH, died February 5, 2008 at the Hillsboro House in Hillsboro, NH. � She was born in New York City on December 25, 1914, a daughter of the late Thomas & Rose (Greene) Scott. � Mrs. Beck was a former resident of Amherst, NH and Mt. Kisco, NY. � She was the first woman on the Mast Head of Readers Digest Magazine in Pleasantville, NY, where she had been the Executive Director of Public Relations.� � While living in Amherst, she was a member of the Amherst Garden Club. � She was predeceased by her husband, Theodore P. Beck, who died in 2004. � Family members include her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer S. Beck and Edson Skinner of Wilton, NH. � There are no visiting hours.�Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 12th at 3:00 pm in the First Congregational Church of Milford, UCC, 10 Union Street, Milford, NH.�Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH is handling arrangements.�� �
