Eric Joseph Nye

Eric Joseph Nye, 31, of Milford, NH, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Milford on Thursday, October 29th. Eric was a spiritual man, avid gamer, and cinema enthusiast who always had a bit of knowledge that you never knew existed. If you think you like an obscure movie, chances are he’s probably seen it and can tell you the whole plot. He loved classic rock from the 70s and all the other oldies. Eric was also an avid sneakerhead as well and could always recommend a good shoe for your need. He was full of knowledge and had a heart of gold. He loved to read and learn, long walks, Saturday cookouts, collecting trinkets, and was always up for a good conversation about any topic. He loved all his family dogs—Buddy, Lily, Maggie, Max, and Molly—over his lifetime. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Timothy and Nancy Nye of Brookline, NH; his twin brother, Benjamin, and his wife, Briana Nye of Milford, NH; and his older brother, Alex Nye of Edmond, OK; along with many loving Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. He joins his grandparents, John and Sally Spallone of Nashua, NH, and Herbert and Alice Nye of Northborough, MA, at the side of our Lord. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, November 8th from 2:00-4:00pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH. Graveside internment will be private at a later date.
