Dr. Fredrick J. Woodard

Dr. Fredrick J. Woodard, 68, resident of Milford, NH, died on May 24, 2026 at Boston Medical Center, Boston, MA, after a period of declining health.

He was born on February 8, 1958, in Bristol, CT, a son of Nancy (Abel) Woodard and the late Archie Woodard.

Fred was self employed Psychiatrist and was able to help many in need over the years.

He is survived by his mother, Nancy of Florida, two brothers, William and Randy Woodard, and many cousins.  

SERVICES:  In accordance with his wishes no formal services were held and burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Milford, NH.
