Donna K. Tannariello

Donna K. Tannariello, 65, resident of Amherst, NH died November 3, 2008 at her home surrounded by her family.� She was born in Oak Park, Illinois on October 6, 1943, a daughter of Jean (Riley) Kennedy Williams of Milford, NH and the late William F. Kennedy.� Donna graduated from Chicago Wesley Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a registered nurse at Wesley Memorial, Vassar Hospital, Brookside Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital, Nashua, NH� A resident of Amherst for 16 years, she formerly lived in Merrimack, NH for 18 years.� Prior to moving to NH, she lived in LaGrange, NY and Elmhurst, IL.� Mrs. Tannariello served as school nurse and administrator at Sonshine Inn Preschool & Kindergarten, Amherst, NH for the past 21 years where she and her staff created a nurturing learning environment.� She will always be remembered for her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, devotion to her family, her adventurous spirit and her love of gardening.� She sprinkled the lives of many with random acts of kindness and offered a sympathetic ear and godly advise to all who sought it.� Donnas husband said, "In her two plus year struggle with ovarian cancer she always maintained a positive attitude that lifted the spirits of her caretakers.� Donnas life was a profile in personal courage.� She is the most courageous woman I have ever known.� During our forty-three years of our marriage she brought a foretaste of heaven into my life.� Donna belonged to God and was on loan to me.� She was the best thing that ever happened to me in my life.� Her presence will be missed by many, I can only thank God for sharing her with me, she truly was a proverbs woman."� Donna ministered with her husband, Pastor Ron Tannariello and was an active member and inspirational force at Amherst Christian Church.�� In addition to her mother, family members include her husband of 43 years, Pastor Ronald A. Tannariello of Amherst, NH; two sons and daughters-in-law, Luke & Jamie Tannariello of Nashua, NH, Joshua Tannariello and Stephanie Langille of Milford, NH; four daughters and sons-in-law, Tamara & David Larson of Reading, MA, Laura & Per Gustafsson of Sweden, Erica & Evan Jeanes of Candia, NH, Sarah & Bryan Moshier of Amherst, NH; 16 grandchildren; her father-in-law, Mario Tannariello of Amherst, NH; a brother and sister-in-law, William & Cindy Kennedy of Elmhurst, IL; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Gail & Kent Kolar of Milford, NH, Susan & Peter Gruber of Elmhurst, IL; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. � Visiting hours are Saturday, November 8th from 9:00-11:30 am in the Amherst Christian Church, 134 Hollis Road, Amherst, NH.� Funeral services will follow at 11:30 am.� Burial will be in Meadowview Cemetery, Amherst, NH.� In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Amherst Christian Church Memorial Fund, 134 Hollis Road, Amherst, NH� 03031.�
