Charles P. Kallfelz, 87, resident of Milford, NH, died on May 22, 2025, after a period of declining health.
He was born on November 23, 1937, in Camden, NJ, a son of the late Henry and Clara (Datz) Kallfelz.
Charles was raised and educated in Camden, NJ. He graduated from Camden Catholic High school. Following high school, he went on to attend and graduate with a degree in Engineering from Villanova University.
He met and married Bernadine (Dougas) Kallfelz in July of 1961. Together they made their home for many years in Santa Barbara, CA before settling in Milford for the last thirty years.
Charles worked for many years for Sanders Associates and Raytheon. He was an accomplished target shooter and was a longtime member of the SKAT upland club in Temple, NH. He was the first NH based skeet shooter to break a 100 straight with a .410 bore in registered competition. Charlie spent time volunteering both as a tax aide and at the Manchester Airport as a Granite State Ambassador. His most enjoyable time was spent with his family. He will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his loving wife, Bernadine Kallfelz of Milford, NH, three children, Charles H. and his wife Linda Kallfelz of Milford, NH, James and his wife Betsey Kallfelz of Moultonborough, NH, John and his wife Kathleen Kallfelz of Brookline, NH, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
SERVICES: In accordance with his wishes there will be no calling hours held. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the St. Patrick Church, 34 Amherst Street, Milford, NH. Burial will follow in the St. Patrick Cemetery, Amherst, NH. All are invited to meet directly at church.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations in memory of Charles be made to SHARE OUTREACH, Milford, NH.
