Caroline J. McQuade

Caroline J. McQuade, 85, of Lyndeborough, NH Went home to be with the Lord September 19, 2025, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack NH after a long battle with health issues.

Mrs. McQuade was born in Lyndeborough, NH on June 28, 1940, a daughter of the late Carroll and Essie (Pinette) Simpson.

Mrs. McQuade made her home in Lyndeborough, for all 85 years of her life. She was a loving wife and stay-at-home mother, raising all 4 of her children. After her kids were all in school, Mrs. McQuade went to work at the Babes & Schooland where she continued teaching the little ones of her community. She also spent many years teaching Sunday School and VBS. She was associated with Wilton Center Baptist Church, Milford Baptist Church and Antrim Baptist Church. She spent several years helping with the Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts. She loved reading, scrapbooking, card stamping and she could always be found carrying her camera, to chronical her family’s life.

Mrs. McQuade was predeceased by Her loving husband of 51 years, Richard McQuade Sr, Daughter, Sandra (McQuade) Fuller and son in law Russell Fuller Jr.

Family members include two daughters Deborah and Robert Fuller of Lyndeborough NH, Linda and Randy Pelchat of Washington NH, and son Richard L McQuade Jr and his wife Brenda of Lyndeborough; two brothers Oren L Simpson of Milford, and Kenneth and Penelope Simpson of Lyndeborough; brother-in-law, Robert McQuade JR of Wilton, Sister-in- law Diane Dunham of Maine, sister-in-law Shirley Davis of Manchester, 9 grandchildren, 7 Great grandchildren and an 8th great grandchild to bless us very soon.

There will be no calling hours, a family and close friends’ burial will be scheduled for the South Cemetery in Lyndeborough in the future.
