Alice M. Hayden

Alice M. Hayden, 91, longtime resident of Milford, NH died on November 12, 2016 at Greenbriar Terrace, Nashua, NH. She was born in Providence, RI on July 16, 1925, the daughter of Arthur and Lena (Tully) Boelker. Mrs. Hayden had lived in Falmouth, MA for many years later moving to Milford, NH. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, cooking and traveling to Florida. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert F. Hayden and a granddaughter, Katie Hayden. Family members include a son, Robert A. Hayden of Lyndeborough, NH; a daughter, Whitney Hayden of Londonderry, NH; two daughters- in-law, Maribeth and Diane; six grandchildren, Amanda, Nicholas, Allyson, Robert, and Alicia; two great-grandchildren, Savannah and Quinn; her sister, Georgette Plante of Plainville, MA; many nieces and nephews. A memorial visiting hour will be held on Saturday, November 19th from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 12:30 p.m. in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis,TN 38148-0142.
