Ruth “Marge” Moran, 76, resident of Brookline, NH, died February 26, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Nashua, NH, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Leominster, MA on January 9, 1935, a daughter of Thomas Neil and Esther A. (Harris) Reynolds. She graduated from Nashua High School, Class of 1953 and made her home in Brookline for most of her life. For more than 15 years, she was the treasurer of her husband’s surveying and land planning company, Thomas F. Moran, Inc. Mrs. Moran was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, traveling, skiing and playing tennis. She was a former member of the Kilduff/Wirtanen Post #74, American Legion Auxiliary, Brookline. Mrs. Moran was predeceased by a daughter, Joyce E. Moran. Family members include her husband of 56 years, Thomas F. Moran of Brookline, NH; a daughter and son-in-law, June C. & Tom Harris of Brookline; two grandchildren, Avery Harris and Kaleigh Harris; two sisters, Rogene Porter of Brookline and Louise Paquette of Franklin, NH; three brothers, Roger Reynolds of Largo, FL, Stanley Reynolds of Brookline and Roland Reynolds of Wilton, NH; many nieces and nephews. Memorial visiting hours are Saturday, March 5th from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Brookline, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Brookline Ambulance Association, 3 Post Office Drive, Brookline, NH 03033.
