Robert M. Walters II, 53, resident of Milford, NH, died on October 25, 2008 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, Nashua, NH after a short illness.� He was born in Newport, RI on September 11, 1955, a son of the late Robert M. Walters & Irene C. (Norton) Walters.� Mr. Walters was raised and educated in Danvers, MA and graduated from Danvers High School, Class of 1974.� � He resided in Milford for the past 23 years and was self-employed as a mechanic for many years.� Mr. Walters was an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast, a member of Granite State Antique Auto Club and also enjoyed reading.� He was a loving life partner, a devoted father, grandfather, brother and cherished time spent with his family.� He was predeceased by a brother, Richard Walters. �Family members include his life partner, Mary McInnes of Milford, NH; a daughter, Mary Ellen Walters of Stoddard, NH; a son, John R.E. Walters of Milford, NH; a granddaughter, Amelia Grace; four sisters, Jeanne Coleman and Mary Faulkner, both of Milford, NH, Nancy Tri of Zumbrota, MN, Carla Sayward of Willsboro, NY; a brother, Mark Walters of W. Yarmouth, MA; his stepmother, Carol Walters of Danvers, MA; many nieces and nephews.� Visiting hours are Tuesday evening, October 28th from 6-9 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH.� A memorial service will be held at a later date.� In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 249 Canal Street, Manchester, NH� 03101.�
