HELEN E. AUBIN � DATELINE:�JAFFREY, NH � Helen E. Aubin, 80, resident of Jaffrey, NH, died October 28, 2007 at Good Shepherd Healthcare Center in Jaffrey. � She was born in Barre, VT on September 13, 1927, a daughter of the late Ernest & Alice (Murray) Norton. � Mrs. Aubin was raised and educated in Morrisville, VT.�She had been a resident of Jaffrey for several years and had formerly resided in Milford for 9 years and Nashua, NH for many years. � Mrs. Aubin loved children, especially babies and provided day care in her home for a number of years.�In addition, she worked in the day care center at the Adult Learning Center in Nashua, NH.�She enjoyed crafts, camping, music, hiking, flower gardening and was an avid reader. � Mrs. Aubin was a member of the United Methodist Church, Milford. � She was a loving wife and mother and a devoted grandmother. � Family members include her husband with whom she celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on August 31st, 2007, Paul E. Aubin of Milford, NH; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia & Willie Griffin of Annandale, VA, Michelle & Jon Bossie of Milford, NH; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Dale E. & Sharon Aubin of Easthampton, MA, Michael & Sandra Aubin of Kuna, ID; 11 Grandchildren, Taylor and Ryan Bossie, D. Matthew, Jacob and Seth Aubin, Keira Lifrieri, Evan and Ian Griffin, Lauren and Josiah Aubin; 5 brothers and a sister-in-law, Robert & Vivian Norton of Morrisville, VT, Clinton Norton, Gordon Norton, Gerald Norton and Edward Norton, all of Arizona; 2 sisters, Phyllis Shedd and Martha Magoon, both of Morrisville, VT; many nieces and nephews. � Visiting hours are Thursday, November 1st from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH.�A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 4th at 3:00 pm in the Milford United Methodist Church, 327 North River Road, Milford.�Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Milford, at a later date.�In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Good Shepherd Healthcare Center, 20 Plantation Drive, Jaffrey, NH�03452-1935.�Smith & Heald Funeral Home, Milford, is in charge of arrangements.�For more information go to www.smith-heald.com.
