Brenda L. Ross, 61, longtime resident of Amherst, NH, died peacefully on March 27, 2008 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH, surrounded by her husband and daughter.� She was born in Lowell, MA on May 11, 1946, a daughter of the late Clifton & Noella (Paquette) Trombly.� Mrs. Ross was a hairstylist and had owned and operated Le Petit Salon in Amherst Village for several years.� Mrs. Ross was a founding member of the Spartan Drum & Bugle Corp.� She was an avid gardener, enjoyed playing bingo and loved animals.� In addition, she and her husband traveled extensively throughout Europe and had traveled around the world three times.� She was a loving wife and a devoted mother.� Family members include her husband of 41 years, David E. Ross of Amherst, NH; a daughter, Kylee B. Ross of Pelham, NH; a sister, Linda Dupont of Milford, NH; a brother, Richard Trombly of NH; a half brother, Donald Weilbrenner and his wife, Sue of VT; several nieces and nephews, Tracy Waterman of Bedford, NH, Timothy Martin and his wife, Lynna of Milford, NH, Carole Ross of Buffalo, NY, Audrey Ross of Lancaster, NH and John Ross of Nashua, NH. There are no visiting hours.� Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 29th at 2:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH.� Burial will be in Meadowview Cemetery, Amherst, at a later date.� Donations in her memory may be made to the Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH� 03054
